Quotation
We quote jobs from either a drawing or a photo of the part with the following information: dimensions, type/grade of material, quantity and metal finishing required.
The above information can be emailed or inputted into our contact form. Alternatively, call the sales team on 01202 877755 and a convenient time can be arranged to bring the job in for inspection and quotation on site.
Purchase Order
In order to successfully process your job our sales team requires a purchase order.
Please ensure to clearly state: part number, exact quantity delivered, finish required (including any specification), date of quotation and quoted item price and requirement of CofC.
Delivery + Collection
We will notify you when your job is ready for collection. This is usually within 5 working days or you can find our live lead times here. Currently, we do not offer a collection and delivery service; however we do accept jobs sent in via couriers that you have arranged. Drop off and collection is available every Monday to Thursday 7:30-16:30. The team is at hand for courier assistance.

What is the largest/heaviest part you can plate?
Our maximum tank dimensions for each metal finishing process along with the maximum weight we can hold can be found on our finishes page.

Can you anodise stainless steel fittings and castings?
In short, stainless steel fittings cannot be fitted to the aluminium parts that are being anodised. Yes, castings can be anodised, but they will only be suitable for clear anodising.

Do you provide an alternative to Alocrom 1200?
Yes we offer Iridite NCP and Surtec 650 which are safer alternatives to the traditional Alocrom 1200 coating. You can read more about this on our blog.

What is your lead time?
Our typical turnaround time is 4-5 working days. We do offer express services of 24 and 48 hours turnaround at an additional charge. Please contact us to find out more about our express services.
